well trust me, we all skinny dipped with some nice swedish girls, It was against my relationship rules, lucky my ex was in Natal, i'd have been a goner, they did ok,it was a rule to stay awake to watch the sunrise on ipanema after Emporium, they drank themselves stupid every night, wrecked my apartment, my landlady got complaints, there was always 2 people missing the next day when i woke up, they really found mischief. Did you ever go out in Barra Tijuca, I had a friend who lived there, it was great, xx

Hey I like kids in a prod them through the bars of a cage kind of way. I teach the critters (when I'm not out trapping woodland rodents hem-hem) so that's probably my paedogogical instincts kicking in...

Baronetti was great, but you had to knwo somebody really, they dont like letting gringos in because its for upper class Cariocas. But my brasilian friends would do all of the introductions and as my hair got longer, the more people would assume I was a Brasileiro, it was great, however when all my mates and brother came to stay for three weeks, all they did was played pool and darts in shenanigans every night, how sad is that?!!

i was like a hybrid of backpackers first time I went to Brasil (always had a couple of great outfits in vacum bags just in case, you never know who you might meet) Brasilian Girlfriend, met here here actually, she was studying english, she was fluent after a while, so I didnt do my portugues any good, but i was glad I didnt have to talk to her father, some things are best left unsaid, x

Just the ever present prospect of a policeman asking to see my documents and then tearing them up in front of me and sending me off to the salt mines. I had a nightmare that I had to herd children to safety in a Balkan-seeming place at constant risk from snipers. What does that mean?
Well, I work in a prison so being shipwrecked doesn't seem so bad... in fact it would be awsome! I think it could possibly be the only viable detox solution for me as well as a chance to meet people who i can actually socialise with, without supervision!
I joined a temping agency so that i could earn money fast as student life broke me. Little did i know that they'd send me to prison. It's actually quite good fun, everyday seems to be a learning curve.
What are you most likely to do on the island?
Beg the camera man to let me use his phone... go even browner without trying... start a diary... and trade makeup which i will make on the island!
How would you describe yourself?
A creature of comforts. So choosing to be shipwrecked is not the most obvious of choices, as peeing in a bush and falling asleep to the sound of insects mating are not high on my list of things to do but i think it will be good for me.
I think this question should be... What are you not scared of in being shipwrecked?
Well, from having worked in kids camps, london fashion shows and prison to living the student dream and doing the gap year thing, i'm pretty confident i will be able to get on with pretty much everybody. Thats not to say i don't have a strong personality, as i have been known to clash with people, which spectators have termed "scary" but thats a case of few and far between. I love meeting new people and i'm often known for asking too many questions, some would call that being nosey, i prefer 'inquisitive'.
What would people never guess from meeting you?
I got a 1st in anthropology, geography and business. And yes i am gloating because i only recently found out therefore it's allowed :)
