i have somewhat of an iron deficiency. however, bar lean meat (which being a vegetarian i obviously don't eat) nearly every other iron rich food, such as lentils, brown rice, spinach, wholemeal bread, i consume on a regular basis. yet my iron levels are so low. my doctor is baffled. x
