i took him in in January when it wa snowing and they didn't contact anyone then to report hime missing so the rescue centre phoned them to say he had been found and where he was but they have not contacted us in all these weeks to check to see if he's with us again, they cant really be that bothered about him can they

Robbies a bit of a stray i picked up, we know who his owners are but they dont seem to want to collect him, i contacted the local animal rescue centre and they say he's not even been reported missing and i've had him 5 weeks now
