oh heck the cat's just brought in a mouse! he's terrible he brings so many mice and birds in to show me! i dread the summer with all the fledglings, he brings in at least one a day, a few months ago he caught a squirrel into one of the bedrooms luckily it escaped through the window!

i would still like to change jobs but i think i will be staying where i am for a while longer yet, my senior managers are pathetic and its them that are making me want to leave, i like where i work and the ppl and residents, its just the petty senior management that spoil it

she was talking about the ratiio of patients to each member of staff, i said it should be based on the dependency of the patient, u can have 5 ppl that can look after themselves or u can have 5 that need help with everything, some need 2 ppl to get them out of bed, she didn't agree!!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Haha I wasn't reffering to that...not much of a smarty pants now I guess. Whoops! :)

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

I am a smartie pants, yes! And dont you forget it mister...
I think lots of them were wacked with sticks coincedently...did you start the whacking phenomenon???

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Haha I have no words!
As for hanging them... I would have nothing to study, so I'm glad at least some of them were allowed to live :) HA!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

See, that is the WRONG attitude lol! I'm fighting against you on that one buddy.
I'm not going to comment on the VW/tortoise/lap thing...I think its not needed!!!

Moi_medium

Juvenile delinquancy in the 19th century is the hot topic of the moment! I would like it if a tortoise landed in my lap, it would be quite an experience :s

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Haha, yes except by the time I get to the end of it its usually cold... bleurgh :(
Any tortoises on the horizon today?

Moi_medium

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Haha, you seen the IT crowd when they go on dragons den with the bra? Haha classic!!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

IListen to me getting all excited. Yes, I have had someone draw on my foot. I love them! :)

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Oh I LOVE dragons den, it is literally my dream to go on there. And wife swap. But that will have to wait till I am a wife... hey ho. Or Jeremy Kyle, I'd like to be on that. Actually my ex boyfriend was on that- he was a nice guy... :s Anyway, tortoises, I think we're on to something here!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Ah now that would be very useful, cos I nicked a ridiculously small Peroni ashtray, which is awesome but doesn't fit much ash in, which is always a problem!! A tortoise sized ashtray- think I could get down with that!! We should write into one of those magazines..."another use for a twisted tortoise" that chavs and 70 year old ladies read, it would go down a storm!!!!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

He is a bit of the end of leg!! I agree, it would be a very special moment, I don't think it would ever be forgotten- imagine if Danny Dyer was on the trampoline with the totortoise- madness I tell you!!!

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

Haha fair enough... I think it would be quite an even t to see a tortoise on the trampoline! Happy new year by the way! :)

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

yes, that makes sense... Have you ever seen a trampolining tortoise?

Posted by Amy_roo 6 months ago

Moi_medium

How exactly does a tortoise trampoline? I have wondered for a long time...
