So reasonably close to cheshire and Liverpool kinda!! Have you heard of any of the companies i mentioned in my last message?

lol no worries, you were just emphasising what you had written lol :o) Wow, thanks for all the info you have given me, it was unexpected but very much appreciated :o) Its hard to know where to start as I don't know where I will be in july next year what with poss moving etc Have heard about the construction companies which sound good its just the whole getting there and if I move...plus the money side! Am going to a conference thingy next month in London run by the Women In Plumbing group so hoping I will get something positive out of that. have looked into courses etc on the internet and in the papers that are run privately I guess but Brian Curry is founder of the Plumbing Career Academy (PCA) which seemed pretty good when they came round to explain how it worked to me. Not cheap but goes upto nvq3 and once done part of the course can start going out and doing little jobs if feel confident. There was also OLCI but they were WELL expensive, best part of £6000!!! So, im kinda stuck as to what to do for the moment. Have part time job now to get some pennies coming in to help if I do decide to go with the PCA. £25/wk which not too bad then! Interest free to! So its just finding somewhere to that would poss let me tag along and see what kinda work they do and how they do it more so and poss let me have a go at little jobs. Obviously id do it for free at first to gain experience and build up portfolio. But I shall keep you posted of any developments that come my way :o) And if you hear of anything, apprenticeship wise (tho prob too old :( ) I would love to know any info.

yeah know it's typical innit :O) how'd ya do your knee... i couldn't play rugby much last year as i had a neck injury, then popped my ribs on my 1st game back!!! apart from that been quite lucky really...

yeah, rehab normally is!! have you thought about accupuncture to help the recovery... always use it now instead of physio but cant help to do both!!
