i train at a gym called "the iron house" i train bout 4-5 times a week for an hour. each day working on diff muscle groups. now im benchin maximum of 110KG. thats serious weight. protein shakes help repair ur muscles so if u wannt protein shakes go for PROLAB N LARGE2. thats some good shit. i was on that for bout 2 months.. but fo some rason i jus cnt b fukt with protein shakes. jus tryna keep it all natural
