babe what they tell you in courses is just the basic. there are so many ways of losing weight that they would notb have told. tips you learn from guys at the gym. thats what has made me so successful

It takes a bit of time 2 build up a reputation & it also helps 2b working in a wealthy area. Working from a base in a club will help build yr reputation 7 lead 2 recommendations 4 private work. We have less girls than guys on out team at Chigwell, so good female trainers always get lots of work. Some Ladies prefer a female trainer. Being Gawjus wont do u any harm either lol! xx

well i turned my second bedroom into a gym. advertise on google and yellow pages.com and the clients will come but make sure that you know what your doing and they will stay with you and new clients will come from them. but you must always strive to get fantastic results. remember that 85% of losing weight is the diet so know everything and get it right every time

Wow! Chelsea harbour is a top club. Good luck 2 ya. I work mainly freelance around North London & Essex. I also work part time at David Lloyd, Chigwell. They're a great team & we love 2 party at weekends. xx
