A good question, erm, me. I'd have to pick red as it's sweet taste goes better with the salty bad boy that is bacon. However, if you're thinking sausage then it has to be brown. Don't put a fried egg on as that ruins it and eggs increase hangovers. However, a big pint of tea is appropriate with either, make sure the tea bags are of quality though.
