what have been doing with my life?

Since I have been at university I have been involved in- stand-up comedy, theatre, breakdancing, trampolining, sky-diving, ultimate frisbee (which turned out to be netball with a disc- lame!) as well as beeing a halls barman and jcr member- Being a halls barman is essentially a glorified holiday rep- get loud, get other people drunk and keep the party going- this is something i'm very good at!

What I'd like to change about myself

I'd love to be less lazy and more practical. I have fantastic social skills, but I can't sort my life out at all-I always get my friends to help me, becuase i'm always getting myself into situations- gas companies trying to sue me, getting sold broken things and not knowing what to do. I wish I had the conifence and willpower to organise my life.

I like this stuff!

I LIKE- theatre, comedy, improv, writing, reading, playing stupid games (i've got loads of fun ones), partying, meeting new people (i'm the kinda person who spends half an hour in the bank and leave knowing about my bank advisors plans for the weekend, marrital status and about 3 people we have in common- I can't stand boring small talk! gotta keep it interesting!) Poker! insulting people- in jest of course. Impersonating friends and some famous people- although i'm much better at frends- and people off big brother for some bizzare reason. I also like my i-pod, but I can see that being of little help to me here.

Types of People who Twist my Melons!!

I could fill an encyclopaedia with this. I'll just break down a couple of stereotypes I hate... 1.'Wacky Hat/Tie people'. I've just finished uni and I met far too many of these people. 'oooh i'm dead mental me, haha i'm wearing a giant sombrero/pink cowboy hat! I have crazy or pyscho written on the back of my shirt! I use my crazy, outlandish personality and wacky dress sense to scare away anyone who would potentially want to sleep with me!' ...No. Just no. 2. 'Media Gays'. - I'm gay and i'm mortified by the representation we gety in the media. Other than Simon Amstell and Scott Mills. Reality tv however we get- petty, limp wristed, helium voiced, media saturated queens with the I.Q and mindset of a small child. Learn to drink a pint for god's sake... 3.'Ultimate Student'- Wears a blazer and jeans. When in wash, a stripey jumper. Covered in badges with bands beginning with 'the'. Talks almost entirely in quotes from the simpsons/family guy. Always insists that the first album was better and that the original should NEVER have been covered. I thought All Saints did a job on 'under the bridge'...No? ah well...

why I rock

Genuine eccentricity. I'm not 'wacky' but i definately have a unique take on things. With me you get comedy, everyone talking, games, great one-on-ones, matchmaking skills, a chance to have a gay on telly who isn't a raving queen, and i'll help with building work too, promise!
