well...it could be trying to identify bones which are brought in to us or are found at mass disasters or bodies in all other states of decomposition that need identifying or even trying to identify people from CCTV footage. Also ageing people trying to get into britain illegally or people from internet pictures to determine if they are of legal age...So it's a very broad field! :)
