Shipwrecked is on the hunt for the next castaways.

There are two places that you can apply: here or at http://www.meontv.co.uk/. The Shipwrecked casting team are monitoring both sites. They are two different systems, so apply on both and increase your chances.

Before you sign up, there’s a few changes from last year:

1. There won’t be any announcements on Islandoo about who gets called for auditions.
2. You won’t be called for audition just because you’ve got lots of fans. The Shipwrecked casting team will be looking all round the site for people who've got that Shipwrecked thing. Demonstrate why you'd be great.
3. We’re sorry, but we can’t get into any discussions about casting.

So, what are the casting crew looking for?

People with that something special - it’s hard to define but clear when you see it. One tip: show don't tell. For instance, don’t just say you are crazy, show us what you mean by that.
