What countries have you visited?

I'm very well travelled and have been to around 35 countries worldwide, spanning every continent bar South America. I was travelling solo around the world for about six/seven months, heading to Thailand, Laos, Central America and Australia and Fiji. It included six weeks working at an orphanage in Dominican Republic and six weeks teaching English in a primary school in Honduras. I've boarded down a volcano at sunset, skydived, eaten such delights as mole and crocodile and drunk armadillo whiskey. If you go into Honduras or Dominican Republic, you can see the cutey cutey kids! Also spent three weeks in Japan over the summer travelling around the whole country! The best bits about my Gap Year include meeting a member of the Honduran Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, going to a sumo tournament in Japan, getting invited to the Honduran President's house for Easter, learning how to merengue dance and drinking copious amounts of alcohol throughout.

Cool Runnings, The Goonies, 101 Reykjavik (a dark Icelandic comedy!) and Failure to Launch.

Scared of

Horses and drowning. The horses is a long story really, since I was in Africa with my Dad and we went "horse riding". The tour leader guy asked us if we were ready, and I said yes thinking we were going to just trot off down the street. But the horses started galloping and I didn't have my feet in the stirrups so almost fell off. :( And I realised I was scared of drowning during my PADI course when I kept freaking out underwater. Oh, and those car crash adverts, I have to cover my eyes when they come on since they scare me witless (how unmacho of me!)

So, never had a girlfriend?

None of my affections have ever been reciprocated due to various reasons (care to guess why ladies?), so I haven't had a girlfriend. My confidence has been battered so Shipwrecked would be self-esteem building with girls. Any offers?
